Allow the dough to thaw and soften. Then use a glass to cut the dough in round shapes. Put them in an oven tray that you have previously placed a baking paper. Cut the sausages into approximately 1 cm pieces and put them in a bowl. Add olive oil, sweet pepper (1 teaspoon) and pepper. Mix well. Put the sausage pieces in the middle of the dough roll forming a circle. Brush the edges of the dough circle with olive oil and then sprinkle with sesame seeds. In another bowl mix the tomato paste with a teaspoon of oregano, crushed garlic, salt and 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil. Put the composition obtained in the middle of the sausage circle. Add the grated mozzarella over and then a red cherry on top. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 220 degrees.
Serve hot or cold.
